Congregation Beth Hamedrosh (CBH) is a vibrant Orthodox synagogue located in Wynnewood just outside the city of Philadelphia.We are a diverse community of families from varied backgrounds and levels of observance bound together by our common desire to grow in our spiritual lives.

Live from Israel – “Jerusalem – Capital of Israel” -  Is It Really All That Important?”

On Sunday, May 13th, CBH presents, the final in a series of three events, live shiurim from Israel entitled “Jerusalem – Capital of Israel” - Is It Really All That Important?” Rabbi Joel Cohn, Director of ISRAED, a provider of educational programs on religious Zionism, past principal of SAR, and current resident of Jerusalem, will address this question in the context of the History of Jerusalem. 

Come for Breakfast at 8:50 AM and the presentation will begin at 9:10 AM.  A $5.00 charge is requested

 

Shavuos Luncheon

Please join us for a dairy luncheon at CBH on the 2nd day of Shavuos Monday, May 21.  The cost is $25/adult , $10/children 6-12; under 6, free. To reserve your spot, please contact the CBH office bethhamedrosh@verizon.net no later than

CBH Annual Dinner Honoring Nita Quint on June 10, 2018

All are invited to CBH Annual Dinner on Sunday, June 10. The Buffet Dinner Reception is at 5:30 PM. Mincha is at 6:00 PM, followed by the program, and Maariv is at 8:35 PM. Journal Ad Copy with payment must be in the shul office no later than May 18, 2018Dinner reservations with payment must be in the shul office no later than June 1, 2018.
